copy of the Acrobat reader, let us know and we will email a free copy to
you to install.
4. Look the order over and
If you see that the order is correct, there will be a link button within that
email that will let you pay for your plans on a secure site. Follow the
easy instructions.
If you are paying with a check, then merely send
the check to the address below and ignore the link button.
When ordering by mail ,
remember to include a signed copy of your plans agreement. Also, include
the correct shipping charges. Florida residents please include the
appropriate state tax.
